By accessing Kompare IT Malta, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the platform.

Service Description

Kompare IT Malta is a price comparison service. We aggregate publicly available pricing data from third-party merchants. We do not sell products directly and are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party pricing.

User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to create an account. One account per person.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our API or platform to: scrape data for competing services, attempt to overwhelm our servers, distribute spam or malicious content, or violate any applicable law.

Pricing Accuracy

Prices shown are sourced from merchant feeds and may differ slightly from the live merchant price due to update frequency. Always verify the final price on the merchant's website before purchasing.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, code, and branding is owned by Kompare IT Malta. Product names, logos, and images remain property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

Kompare IT Malta is provided "as is". We are not liable for any purchase decisions made based on information shown on our platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
